Any reshipper is going to make it cost prohibitive. Just find an alternative that does ship to Australia. There are plenty of options on Ebay.
This listing for a genuine OEM battery of the same capacity is cheaper, has sold 5000(!) and seller has 43k positives, ships from Sydney and you get Australian consumer protection.
I would trust them more than some Amazon marketplace seller!

incoming is ok, because nothing to do with aust post.
outgoing is not ok.
