They are all PAL games so it wouldn't make a difference regardless, aside from the rating aesthetic.
ohh please, it makes a lot of difference for 2 obvious reasons
1: not everyone is comfortable playing dumb going to a game store trying to trade a uk game in, some have some luck, most wont even try
2: trade in game offers, especially at GAME, depending on the offer, this could be well worth buying only to trade it in for a new release game there
