I spoke to salesman at TGG about these two and he said F&P was the one to get because Westinghouse has crappy design plastic shelves on the door that break easily. Seems like a valid comment after closer look.
We have this fridge and have had broken plastic shelves twice in 3 years (they did replace for free though under warranty)
Did you get extended warranty? Says manufacturers warranty is 2 years
