Hey guys,
I recently bought a S8+ from Good Guys and was wondering if anyone was having any sim card issues. I tried the same sim card on another phone and it worked. I also tried a working sim card and it wasn't able to detect it. I've tried factory resetting it and am currently having no luck. I was just wondering if anyone had anything else they'd recommend trying or if they've had a similar experience.
Edit: took it to the store and they are getting someone from Samsung to come into the store and look at it.
How about taking it back to good guys? Its under warranty right?
