Yep, this is just the base game but a good price for those not wanting to wait and pay more for extras.
Actually after reading up on the DLC I think I'll pass on it and just buy the base game cheap. I want a copy ready for the PSVR V2 which will hopefully be here this month like Japan.

Bargain! Great game - best horror I've played in a VERY long time … absolutely $hits over the previous RE titles. Finished the first run through last night - just waiting for the DLCs to come out a bit cheaper now.
I ended up buying Driveclub VR, Doom VFR and Until Dawn VR for $80 delivered as well.
I played the demo Driveclub VR, it gave me a lot of motion sickness :-(
