Suggestion for Mini/Small Form Factor PC to Connect to TV

Hi all

I'm looking for a mini-pc or small form factor pc/android device to connect to tv.

TV is 30 inches and so usage is for youtube (1080p max video settings), light/causal games like matching tile, card games.

I use with a wireless Kb, mouse.

I prefer win 10 device but android is also ok.

Budget is around $200.

Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

Gearbest, Geekbuying, et al have a number of small form factor home theatre pcs that run either Android or Windows (sometimes even both). I recently purchased the following for the bedroom (Kodi and YouTube) and it works fine:

I would suggest ditching the remote that comes with it though, it's useless. I use one of these guys with it since the keys are backlit…works great:

I should mention that even though it only has 1 GB of RAM it can play every file I've thrown at it including HEVC (x265).

Are these chinese ones are reliable? Is 1gb is good enough?

How about keyboard. It looks good.
