Anyone tried putting King mattress 180x200 on Queen ensemble base ?
About 15cm sticks out on each sides.
Will that works ?

I don't think it would work or look good…
It will work as long as you never use the extra size of the mattress. In other words no, it won't work, you need the support under the mattress.

I can definitely tell when my already small single bed mattress sticks out a bit on the edge when I move a lot when I sleep or etc so no I would not really advise it.
Also you would lose unnecessary space around the edges where it overlaps which is always a bad idea unless you live in a large spacious warehouse or something.

If similar height, you "acquire" 4 or so milk crates and could push the mattress over to the side and place the 30cm overhang on those. Will look hipster? Or faux hipster maybe?
Some people acquire enough milk crates to support the entire mattress.
just get your current bed and create an overhang.
I bet as soon as you get within 20-25cm of the edge, you'll roll off the edge.
You'll damage the edges of the mattress if you sit on the side and it is unsupported. Not worth it.
It will be phunky dude.
