I had a post closed earlier today due to it being a duplicate, which I have no problems with, however considering there have been a few subsequent posts that have also been marked as duplicates, it seems as there is an issue at place.
The "original" bargain is here:
http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/33281
With a title:
Logitech Pure-Fi Dream $119.20 at JB Hi-Fi - 20% off logitech, 15% off TVs, 20% off speakers etc
When I came on this morning to post my bargain, I did a search for "jbhifi" which didn't come up with any results, and by the looks of it now, that's because it was posted with "JB Hi-fi"… so that's fair enough.
However, I still would argue that the other bargain is not very clear at all by it's title, and if duplicate posts are being deleted for being a duplicate, wouldn't it be better to update the "original" one to make it clear that it's the same deal?
Maybe I'm just being pedantic… There are two other specific sale items (two Sony tvs, which are their price because of the same sale… and this "original" post seems to be more inclined to advertise the fact it's a single product - the Logitech Speaker - that is cheap, rather than letting everyone know about the whole storewide JB Hi-fi sale.
Agreed, you just need to Report it and one of the mods will change the title. If you have a suggested title, I'll throw it in there.
Second, me personally, I go to the store deals page, http://www.ozbargain.com.au/deals/jbhifi.com.au, before I submit a post. It's a good way to double check that the deal hasn't been posted.
