    IMO the best brand for this kind of product is Shan. They go for around $1-1.50 for 50-100g packets. I wonder how much these 35g packets usually go for. Obviously for free this is a good deal.

    But…..curry without onion? No way!

      This product (and another of our brand Ustad Banne Nawab) is very different to what Shan offers. It is not not these do not use onion/ginger/garlic but it is already a part of the mix so you don't need to add anything while you cook, while with Shan and other you have to do a lot more preparations. What sets these apart is the convenience that anyone who doesn't know much Indian cooking can cook very easily as well.

      Please try it if you want and let me know how you like it, would love to get a comparison/review from someone like yourself.

    Ordered a sample - maybe you could include descriptions of what each option is as some of them were new to me. Found the choice of options a bit confusing and the site somewhat slow in responding and wasn't sure at times if it had registered my click or not - otherwise relatively easy to place guest order - looking forward to receiving the sample and trying it. Thanks.

      I've already received more than 70 orders within a matter of few minutes, maybe that's the reason for the slower response, so sorry. We are just a small startup and the site isn't built for such traffic which was unexpected. Have learnt this time and will make sure we do something better next time…

          You comment wasn't racist in any way or form at all!

          You are actually right, the typical restaurant style Butter Chicken is quite difficult to prepare at home and hence not usually cooked, but many of us do prepare home style versions of it though :-) That is where Nimkish excels with its ready-to-cook convenience.

          The 5 options were only for the free promo pack, we have a range of over 80 spices which are very traditional and authentic. We say that because we cook with them ourselves (have not used all of them of course) and we are from the food industry. Many of them are not available in Australia, and probably only be recognised by people from those regions.

          If you are interested in real regional Indian food have a look at the range on our website, and we would love some feedback.

      I give up too, submitted the 'order' once, got a dodgy website, -ve vote was revoked by a mod even though the 'deal' did not work, so whatever, not going to try again.
      As far as I was aware, serious issues with vendor, deal were decent reasons for -ve vote, and since I could not redeem the deal I presumed that was good enough.

    ok guys so our shahi matar paneer arrived today in Brissy and we can vouch for it being super yummy, and to add I am from India so know what I am talking about. OP is this available in regular Indian stores or only ordered online?
