Buy a Charger for Panasonic Shaver (ES-LV65)

It seems I have misplaced my charger while travelling overseas. I can't find it.

I tried to buy one but couldn't find one in ebay etc. Any idea how I can replace the charger cheaply?

    USB cable charger from UK AU$16.94 delivered

    useful as it uses any standard USB wall charger or powerbank to charge
