I'd like to get more good quality clothes and will happily pay more if I know that they are going to last. Unfortunately, higher price does not always mean that a piece will last longer.
Where do you buy good quality clothes?

Kmart, i got quite a few of their $5 shirt, had them years, no holes or tears. Absolutely love their Alpha brand socks and undies, fantastic value for money, IMHO better than jockey or bonds.

There are a number of secondhand designer places around that might be worth investigating.
Did a good haul at Direct Factory Outlet or DFO to the locals in Homebush a couple of months ago. Went to rivers and some other similar shops not too expensive.
problem with something that lasted a long time, by the time you go to buy it again they have changed.
I like Uniqlo myself. Not too expensive but still of decent quality.
