    8 shitty wired cams

    • whats shity about wired?

      • +1

not the wired part - the cams themselves

EDIT: unless I'm confused about the specs for the bundled cams

        • righto, the detials on the cams are "8 wired weatherproof cameras" and then nothing, specs could be 4 pixel res, lol

        • @spriggan43: ok - found specs in manual - 1080P HDCVI, not the low res I suspected from composite over BNC connectors

  • 2 x 1 to 4 Power Supply
    8 x BNC & Power Cable (18m)

so these are bnc cameras granted they are 2MP so not too shabby however they are BNC cameras and obviously does not support POE

    • That link shows as $1029. OP's is $419.20 =/

      • +1

Since when is $419 less than $1029?

Uniden have 15 videos showing setup on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6_MSVLie7WqliZzgcK7zKg/vid…

    • I think the train ride is over, they no longer list the item postage to Australia. :(

      • +1

Bing Lee? You can either pick-up in store (if it has stock) or it's still showing $20 delivery for me to Sydney - $419.20 delivered.

      • +1

I just checked again, it's still showing for me as AU$399.20 with PBING20, and

        • Free Click & Collect from Bing Lee, or
        • AU$20.00 Standard Postage (Excludes: Adelaide Metro, Northern Territory, NSW Regional, Perth Metro, QLD Far North, QLD Regional, QLD South East, SA Regional, Tasmania, VIC Regional, WA Regional, WA Remote, PO Box)

Seems like a great deal for eight 1080P cameras and supports an additional four ONVIF IP cams.

        • Yes, so they are only selling to sydney, only :)

        • +1

          @spriggan43: And Brisbane and Melbourne.

        • @Thrift: Sorry unless you have proof of that, you are wrong. I contacted them "Bing Lee" , its now been changed to "Postage: In-store pickup only"

Update i contacted Bing lee, you can now get postage Sydney again.

@spriggan43: Maybe I'm looking at a different eBay Australia to you and Bing Lee. https://i.imgur.com/98eBxQU.png - anyway, the 20% deal ends today so I don't care about it.

        • @Thrift: Good to see your getting one, i am having a problem adding it to the cart with my Brisbane address. I had to send the item to a friends address in Sydney.

and when i asked Bing Lee, i go this response.

          "Hi,

          Thank you for your enquiry.

Unfortunately your area is currently listed under the exclusion zone for this model.
We are unable to process the order this time.

  • Is this good for home use? And can I connect IP cams with different brand?
