Hi everyone,
I cancelled my subscription even before i got a service
activated by buzztelco over all the bad reviews i saw.
I requested a refund on the 11/9/17 & i have got emails after emails
from their billing dept telling me my refund is being processed
but i've still not got my money back. Its been over 2 weeks.
I've called them & they dont transfer calls to billing.
What more can i do to get my money back ? any advice ?
