Their terms state that Spicy BBQ Pork & Bacon is excluded, works for me too, so much for that.
!? Just start with a Supreme, remove ingredients, add the pork and bacon pizza ingredients. (I think it's only the onion, pork sausage and peppers that are different. The pineapple and bacon is already there.)

Allowed two codes to stack, placed order, instead of cheesy crust, it changed to classic crust after payment. Confirmation now showing as classic crust. Still got 40% minus the cheesy crust. Tried this a 2-3 times, behave the same.
