Hello everyone
I own a business and got a scam email, we have been going back and forth for a while and I'm trying to waste his time as much as I can. Trying to get suggestions on what to say next.
How do I know it's a scam? I received a very similar email before (few months ago)
1) It is emailed to my personal address and a very similar email was sent before. I asked previously how he knew about my business, he said "Kelvin Court" referred him. Now this new person emailing is called "Kelvin Court".
2) He previously wanted to make a booking but insisted he wanted to use CC. After he said his caterer can't accept CC so he wanted me to help him facilitate the transaction.
4) I didn't budge so he stopped emailing from there.
So now the conversation begins:

Please give me suggestions on what to do next.

Ignore it and move on. As much as you're wasting their time, you're wasting your own which I presume is more valuable?
