Buying an Asus Zenpad from Overseas

Hi all,

so I like the look of the Asus Zenpad 3S 64Gb 10 inch model, but they don't sell it in Australia. Just wanted some input on two questions…

  1. I can get 3rd party warranty for it if I buy it from overseas, but it's done on a pay for repairs and claim it back. Does anyone repair Zenpads in Australia?

  2. What's a similar Android tablet around the $500 mark?

    I can only answer number 2. I got the Huawei m3 8.0 no regrets.

    Both are similar specs.

    yeah I finally bit the bullet and made a choice. I went with the Mediapad M3 10 inch - fantastic tablet.
