Is My-Phonez Seller on eBay Legit? I'm Interested in an iPhone 7 Plus 32GB That They're Selling

Hi guys, I just would like to know if there's any of you who is familiar with this "my-phonez" ebay seller. I'm interested in buying their iPhone 7 Plus 32GB that they have right here:

the POWER20 coupon code is still valid and when applied it will bring down the price of the item to $AU 852. They claimed that the phone will come with local Australian 24 months warranty and so far I thin it looks good but you can never be too careful. Hence why I'm trying to ask you, my fellow ozbargainers, about this seller.

Well a quick check shows that My Phonz in Punchbowl NSW, has ABN 21 605 576 574, and has been registered since May 2015. Although their eBay store ssay they were established in 2008. So take it as you will.

  yeah I messaged the seller and they said it's genuine Australian stock and all, it comes with 2 years warranty and I can take it to apple store, etc etc.
  
  Sounds legit so far and a reasonably good deal (I think, please do tell if I can get a better price).

    Seems to be the best price I can see, though it is cheaper than even some of the importers, which is a bit of a red flag.
    
    If it was me, I'd buy it WITH PAYPAL, and before I even open the box, take it to an Apple store, open it in front of them and get them to verify it is genuine Australian stock. If not, Paypal dispute. If it is, winner.
    
    Are you sure you only want a 32GB phone with no expandable storage?

      Yeah, definitely will buy it with PayPal. Huh…, open the box in Apple Store…, that's a very good suggestion mate, I'll do just that, absolutely.
      
      And yeah, 32 GB is absolutely enough for me as I upload every picture/video I have to google photos. That way I can always have space in my mobile phone and even though 128GB storage is nice, I don't exactly need it to be honest.

I don't think 32Gb is enough for long term use. The apps, music, photos and videos, updated iOS can cost lots of storage. Recommended 128Gb instead.
I have the iPhone 4s and 5, they were okay with lower storage becuz of the system and performance, it wouldn't cost you much. but 7 runs faster, so consider a 128Gb.
I have been using 7 - 128Gb for two months, it showed Capacity 124.35Gb and Available 94.91Gb.

Hi, Guys. I can confirm that My-Phonez is scamsters. I bought a new phone from them for $550. When it arrived the screen was damaged. Tried to contact them without any luck. Looking to get legal help.

100% frauds. Sold me a phone listed as "new". The IMEI is blocked and the phone is marked as stolen by telcos. Reported to the Police.
