I couldn't find a list of participating stores, but it appears that it's possibly limited to rural suppliers such as Farmcraft (QLD) etc

How to Enter:
To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

• Purchase any participating Pedigree product (700g, 1.2kg and 20kg varieties) from a participating retail location in Australia that is promoting the Promotion in-store (Participating Outlets will display promotion materials relating to the Promotion), and collect their receipt; and
• Request an entry form at the time of purchase, complete the form and submit their completed entry form in the entry box provided in-store.

Eligible Entrants must retain their original receipt for each entry submitted.

Entry Limit:
A limit of one (1) entry may be submitted per person per day and a limit of ten (10) entries may be submitted per person in total during the promotion, subject to each entry corresponding to a separate qualifying transaction.

Prize Details:
The first Eligible Entrant drawn in the Prize Draw will win $1,000 cash (awarded as a cheque or via direct deposit to their nominated Australian bank account) and Lifeline will receive a one-off award of $10,000.
