Bluray burner comes down a lot, I think they are clearing up combo drive now.

Still a lot more bargain like 1TB HD, $59, 1.5TB $79, etc.

I paid $59 for this Blu-ray combo from PC-DIY. Great unit for the HTPC. Haven't burned anything (DVD wise) but it reads/rips BD perfeclty well. Mine was retail kit so came with software and cables.
