Blizzard is currently having a sale for Overwatch on their official Battle.net website.

This is the global version of Overwatch, so you can play in any region.

The game is giftable so you can transfer to your main account if you have games purchased under that account.

You need to create a new Blizzard account with Mexico set as the country of residence, then you can purchase it from the link.

      Once you have the game, you can choose the region you'd like to play from the battle.net launcher so I would assume that's what you mean by global.

      My main account has Overwatch using this method back during Christmas sales. Unless they've changed it, I don't see why it wouldn't work.

      Yeah they manually send through each credit card order to prevent abuse. Should be available within 12 hours.

    Did this a while ago (5ish months) with a similar sale on i think the Taiwan version of the site (not sure whos currency MXN is, so might be taiwan), and it worked fine. And the game has worked flawlessly since.

    Just thought id put in some anecdotal evidence for people wondering about doing this

      If you're still having trouble, try setting a credit card or PayPal account as the preffered payment method under account settings. Let me know how it goes :(

    Just a heads up to anyone trying this my bank (NAB) just put a temporary hold on my card because apparently they get a lot of fraud happening through blizzard entertainment. got the hold lifted and have tried again.

    I've tried twice and it is not working. Both attempts have resulted in the purchase "failing" and the charge is reversed. I tried with my credit card and with PayPal, no difference.

    Refuses to work for me. Claims my Paypal is already linked with an account (it's not), and then errors out when I tried using a CC.
