Anyone received their Samsung 3D Bluray player Redemption (with selected TVs)?

I've been waiting for two weeks for the player to arrive.
And in the meantime, no 3D. =/

How long has it taken for others?

    Samsung denied my redemption via a deal from ozbargain.

    Currently in dispute and will have given them 14 days (Been 7 weeks now) before I file official papers with help of ACCC.

    Mine was also rejected by Samsung. I bought from a shop who is getting their stock directly from Samsung. According to Samsung T&C's they should be satisfying all the conditions for this promo. I am now sick of calling Samsung as they said that my retailer has a showroom not a shop. That was what Samsung's reply for my last call. I am not sure what the difference is. I can't find any difference in any dictionaries. Even Samsung customer service doesn't know how to define the difference of two.

    Hope this is why Samsung is managing the redemption by them selves so that they don't actually have to give away any Bluray players at the end. Even if we fight with Samsung with the help if ACCC, by the time we get the Bluray player, the new systems will be released in the market and most Samsung 3D TV buyers would have lost their interest in watching 3D.

    My kids too have now stopped asking when they can watch Monsters vs Aliens which they were asking many times a day for first couple of weeks. It's been more than a month after Samsung rejected my claim.

    If Samsung really want to give a redemption, they should manage it through the retailers them selves like Panasonic does. Then most of the confusions could be avoided and customers will not losse their trust or money. Samsung could even avoid having a big staff to handle so many calls coming in for disputes..
