I think I have a slightly older model
So easy, A must have for everyone
I usually take whatever meat I have ,even sausages are good because of the high fat content and cook with cut up potatoes, carrots, green beans , spring onions .
Basically all the veges You like.
Cook for a couple of hours, then let it simmer for a day at least adding whatever you want mixed herbs or more vege , like celery
But don't turn it off ,and cook for days , just turn up to medium heat 10 min before you want to eat.
If it's not the best hot pot stew ever ,try again
Maybe rump & a little woshtercher or soy sauce ,virgin olive oil perhaps
Heat up some bread and butter and when you get it right , you'll amaze yourself
