    Nothing beats OpenVPN.

    • +1

Prefer SoftEther myself since it's multi-protocol and I can remotely manage the servers.

      • I'm more of an SSTP VPN kind of person, but SoftEther is my second best (& I respect OpenVPN too).

SSTP VPN when you have a uniform AD environment - It's the easiest to support on the client-side (requires no 3rd party software) & you can rely on AD & Ad-Hoc network policies.

SoftEther when you need flexibility - also integrates on AD for Auth (no network policies 'though), requires no 3rd party software and supports a multitude of devices and protocols.

OpenVPN when you're happy to manage its complexity.
