I recently purchased the Jaybird x3 wireless earphones from Eglobalcentral-Au during the ebay sale.
Some of its reviews are quite concerning. I'd like to ask if people, who have purchased from these guys, have they experienced any issues with their products and whether or not their products are actually new and durable. Also just in case I was given a faulty or used product , what methods could I use through PayPal and Ebay to force them to refund me.

I've bought multiple mobile phones from them, no issues although I never had any aftersales experience such as warranty (which I basically assume is non-existent with grey importers in any case).

I've bought from them a few times (from their website and through ebay), no problems and they generally ship pretty fast - items delivered in 4 business days from order date and it's shipped from HK - some purchases from other sellers Sydney take longer to reach me
It really depends whether or not you have a problem with the product or not. I ordered a Sony MP3 player from them, it arrived pretty quickly, but died a week later and that's when my dramas began… to cut a very long story short, it has taken me 3 months to get a refund, hasn't arrived in my bank yet, but they have finally replied to me saying they'll give me a refund. I had to get the Honk Kong ombudsman involved though. So they are fine from a sales/price perspective, but after sales, customer service is appalling.
Do anyone know if they provide invoice with Australian abn?
They don't provide invoices. they don't add tax either. This was my purchase last May 2017

Like all purchases through eBay / PayPal, if received product is not as described you can raise dispute and request refund through eBay.
