I didn't know that shoe size is small and I decided to send it back.
Just got an email saying It shows partially signs like the soiled insole.
so I am gonna record the package when I got it back and show there is no soil or worn mark and make an inquiry to fair trade

As a precaution for next time, take pics of the inside + outside of the shoe + shoes inside the box before you send it back.
Had a seller dispute a pair of shoes once saying it they were dirty so they cannot restock it, then had the nerve to ask me for money to post them back. I lodged a claim with my bank (cc provider), sent them the store's return policy and pictures of the shoes before they were sent back - bank did a chargeback and I got my refund that way.

As you can see, They mentioned yellow on the side. I guess that's why they did not accept my return.

Email, however, says there is soil on the sole and green mark but I can not find any on the shoes and paper they sent me back.

You might be able to check there is the yellow line between narrow side.

To me the left one's sole is definitely more 'used' than the right one. That's why they didn't accept it. It might have come to you in that state and it's a bit weird to have one shoe pristine and one shoe soiled because clearly it wasn't worn out together as a pair but… I can see why the retailer rejected it.
Yes I felt kinda weird but clearly, it's not soiled sole and more likely it came like that.
I just gave up to get refund I will burn this shoes on a bbq grill this weekend or find some homeless or kids who need
Shoe sizes always vary between brands and within styles.
Always best to try them on in a real shop (Rebel is great for sporty shoe sizing) and photo the tongue info to get model and size and then order online somewhere.
