Not as good as the previous EB Games 20% off deal, but a decent deal. Slightly cheaper than Microsoft/EB Games current deals and you get a better game in Destiny 2.

You can save $26 and get no game but keep in mind you'll be able to sell or trade the game for more than that, $36 trade or sell on eBay/Gumtree for more. BUt the option is there if you just want the console and no hassle.
