Receiver + Speakers with 4K Support and Dolby Atmos for Small Living Room

Hi Guys,

With the ebay deal (20% off) on, I was wondering if there are any suggestions for a good receiver + speakers+ subwoofer for a smaller sized living room.

Will be pairing with LG OLED 55 inch C7 TV. Just want to focus on better sound quality without much loudness. Budget is on the lower-medium side. ($1500-$2500). Is this realistic or should I wait to get something better?

Will use receiver for BT streaming music, movies and gaming on PS4.

    I use a $200 sound bar …. works pretty well for me!

    Yamaha receiver RXV583 $600 would be a good start for 5.2.2 atmos/ dts:x setup.
    Speaker budget probably bookshelves + sub and upgrade later.

      I ended up doing the following using the 20% off ebay deal.

      2 pairs of Voll B44 Bookshelf Speakers, 75 watt
      Yamaha RX-V583B receiver
      Pioneer S-MS3SW Sub
      Q Acoustics 2000Ci Centre Speaker

      A lot of my friends asked me to avoid a soundbar and go for a decent HT system. Having used a soundbar previously in the US, I decided to listen to them.
