Agent Reps Certificate (Real estate)

Just looking for some reviews from people who have done and Agents Representative course online and who did you do it through ?

I am looking at doing it with REIV you have up to 8 weeks to complete it and it costs $595
Which all seems pretty reasonable to me and most of their reviews look good but can't find many reviews on other places to compare to.

Any personal reviews or experience would be great

    I did my agents rep at chisolm frankston, basically impossible to fail, because basically they give you the answers, been in the industry over 5 years now and can say no one cares where you got your agents rep, so long as you have it, good luck, and get ready for an adventure

      Thankyou :) I am looking at doing mine oneline as it fits in better with my current schedule but guessing it will be pretty similar anyway. It wasn't so much about worrying what potential employers think about where I get it . Was more about where is a good choice with teachers etc

        The certificate is merely a requirement, you'll be trained from scratch on the assumption you know nothing

          Yes I figured that. Even more reason to have good teachers etc

    I did mine via correspondence at Box Hill TAFE.

    If you do go down the path of getting yours, get in contact with me, we're almost always looking for staff and I'd like to have a chat (because we're busy, not high turnover. Location Melb CBD).

      Oh and if you do end up in a job, you can claim the cost of your course on tax. REIV will be fine, they'll all pretty much be the same, just go for convenience.

        Happy to help; I'm at a different agency now and we currently don't have any roles but for sure can answer questions you may have about property management in general.
