Rydo 0I downloaded the app last month, booked a cab, and waited and waited. The designated time came and went, no one came, and neither did the app say anything. At that time I could not find any help number to call also so I made alternate arrangements and deleted the app.
I just pre booked an app aftwr registering my card and number everything and now it says my account is disabled and the cab I think is not coming. Poor service and false promise saying 24/7 customer service when I called they told me to call the office during office hours as they can't help.

$24 with RydoI’ve had trouble booking a ride twice because they’re saying that there’s a problem with my payment. I tried two different cards across two different banks and there was money on both. It also wouldn’t let me use the option to pay the driver directly.
I’m glad it’s worked for other people though.
Downloaded the app, estimate was $60 for the same fare appearing as $40 in Uber.
Keeps bugging out saying my account was suspended
Shame there is no RydoEATS :D
