Image Viewer App Showing Only The Image? [Windows]

Been looking for a way to just display the image without the surrounding box, headings, edit options etc.

Is there an app for windows 10 that will do this?

The Story Remix app in Windows 10 (default image viewer) has a full screen option in the bottom right corner. The icons disappear as soon as you start scrolling through pictures with arrow keys.

  I don't want full screen. Main purpose is to show the image at it's actual size and pin the image to the desktop and keep it in the foreground.

    I installed Honeyview onto my work computers so that i can have point of sale computers regularly rotate through images. They also don't show the title bars, start menu or any other UI elements. Just press ALT ENTER to exit or enter fullscreen.
    
    If you don't want full screen, you can click the "LOCK" ui button and the display hides the menu bars (so no header or edit menus). However, the UI appears when you mouse hover the image.

Try Irfanview. Has a full screen viewer & slideshow function.
