USB-C Hub for Macbook Recommendations?

Hi everyone,

I've had my MacBook Pro 2016 for almost a year now, and my single USB-C to A adapter's finally died despite ending up in the washing machine more times than I care to remember.

I've been looking around for one to replace it, but I'm yet to find one I'm completely happy with.

Has anyone found a multiport hub that's not overly large, and not overly expensive they'd care to recommend?

I like the design of these (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/For-Macbook-USB-TYPE-C-3-1-Multip…), but I'm concerned the weight on the USB-C port will eventually damage either the port or adapter.

Any recommendations are welcome

Takes a look at Orico HC1 3 x USB-A + 1 x USB-C Hub.

My solution is a single Apple USB-C to A adaptor and then an unbranded USB-A hub. Slow, but cheap.

How did you manage to wash your USB-A adaptor??

  It was one of the little nub ones, and I had to take it to work to reformat one of the new Pros as we had run out of the adapters we sell/hadn't thought about setting one aside.
  
  I went home from work, washed the uniform, and forgot it was in the pocket. Also went through the dryer as well!
