Saturday, 23 September and Saturday, 30 September ONLY.

Q. How early do I need to arrive?
A. It is recommended you arrive 5 – 10 minutes prior to your booking.

Q. How do I book in multiple attendees?
A. Each booking is made for a single attendee. If there is more than one person who you wish to book in, you will need to create more than one booking for your desired time slot.

Q. What if I can no longer attend my booking?
A. If you can no longer attend, please follow the cancellation process.

Q. How long does it take?
A. Each session will run for approximately 30 minutes.

Q. Does it cost anything?
A. This is a free event, made exclusively for Myer One members and their children.

Q. Are there any age limits on this event?
A. This event is recommended for children aged 5+

Q. What happens if I am running late to my booking?
A. While we will allow a small grace period for late arrivals, positions are strictly limited for each time slot. Late arrivals may result in your booking being forfeited or re-allocated.

Q. Can I leave my child at the LEGO® Make 'n' Take event?
A. The LEGO® Make 'n' Take event is designed to be shared between the parent/carer and the child. Parents/Carers must be present for the duration of their child’s LEGO® Make ‘n’ Take booking.

      You're meant to help your child so 30 mins is going to be enough time. Besides that it's not a big build so 30 mins shared between you and your child will probably be more than enough.

      Didn't read that you needed to be a Myer One member. Went back and joined. Oddly has anyone clicked on the link in the reservation email that allows you to cancel or edit your booking. Does it work for anyone?

    How bizarre - I booked twice, for my kids, all confirmed. Then just now I've received emails to say they received my request to cancel the appointment. Weird - I didn't cancel it. Anyone else get that?

      It happens to me as well. Got the confirmation. Never cancelled the booking myself but got an email saying they received my request to cancel the appointment. Kid will be disappointed :-(

      yes. I was the first to book at my local myer too! so not a case of oversubscribed when I booked it! pretty disappointing if that's what myer are like, no wonder they're shutting up shop!

    I've just booked again - but at a different Myer this time (closer - wasn't available yesterday).

    Perhaps they overbooked, or something, so had to remove some kids - not a very nice way to do it, though.

    See how I go with this new booking.

    I recieve today that my booking was cancelled without my knowledge.

    What a bad way juts to cancel the booking without explanation.

    I could nto find a contact details where to complain or ask why it was cancelled.

    found out why.

    stores either have 23rd OR 30th. their mistake. SO they cancelled if you had booked for a day they'd mistakenly offered. Their attitude on calling was that "them's the breaks". great attitude!

    No one at Myer knows who is responsible, just got the pass around.

    No spaces left now.

    Will look forward to seeing Amazon occupying Myer stores when their business practices result in them going bye bye!

    Gutted. Check your emails ! Cancelled, no more bookings at the store, the email basically said "Confirning your request to cancel your booking". I never cancelled…

    Selected 2 sessions at Myer Marion yesterday for the 30th (couldn't get the same timeslot so had to do 2 different timeslots for the kids) and received confirmation emails. Today received cancellation emails so rang Myer One, they had no idea what was happening and said to ring the store. Rang the store who said they'd look into it for me and said Myer One should have known. Checked earlier today and no timeslots available on any date at Marion. Saw people's comments on here tonight so tried again and there's lots of spaces for only the 23rd at Marion. Booked in kids again for the same timeslot this time (yay) and got confirmation emails again. Fingers crossed they don't cancel again. Pretty shitty lack of communication from Myer about the whole debacle.

      I attended last week at Myer Adelaide with my son and while there a family walked up - asked about it, had no booking and were offered to participate with no booking. Good for them but a little sucky for all the people that legitimately tried to book and were cancelled or those that simply couldn't book due to no spots available.

    I originally booked the 30th at Northland and received confirmation emails soon after but haven't received any further emails, fingers crossed they don't make me go all the way there just to tell me my name is not on the list.

    Not sure whats up with their booking system as we booked and our name was not on the list. I could not find either the booking or the mysterious cancelling. Luckily they had a few spare.
