Only thing I'd say is be careful of the quality - you don't want the glass to explode like this:

Yeah! That's what I'm afraid as well cause it will be used constantly
Thanks! Yeah I will look at that! I only need couple of hundreds so alibaba is not really an options for me
DIY? I recently read a diy post about colouring glass yourself using PVA glue , a touch of water and food colouring. Mix them, swirl inside the jar to give it a coat. Stand upside to allow excess to drain. Then bake in oven for 45mins. It's not water proof but for candles it would be fine.
I'll dig out the page when I get home and link it.
I buy mine here http://www.packmyproduct.com.au/catalogsearch/result/?q=ambe…. Not the cheapest, but I raid their sales bin frequently. I have just shy of 144 new in box 200mL amber flat bottles and lids(black plastic) I could resell to you for 25% off, if you live local (Sydney). I have ceased he product i was making due to my illness compounding.
Do you mean 100 or 1000 or 10000+?
If you can deal with thousands, I would talk to suppliers on alibaba to deliver to your specifications for sustainability, I would be considering feedstock source (recycled?), energy used in production, worker conditions, transport modes and packaging.
For smaller volumes, I think you will be subject to what is available, which I think unlikely to prioritise sustainability.
Luckily, glass is inherently pretty environmentally sound, so you could make any source relatively sustainable if you offer to recycle and offset energy in production and transport with appropriate abatement certificates.
You might find one of the importers for stock for $2 shops could have something suitable for reasonable costs. Gala Imports seem to carry a fairly wide range of glass ware, for example: http://www.galaimports.biz/jars/251ml-500ml/ft2500ab.html
