Just need to deselect the reoccurring delivery options and also note that on selecting it "once off" that it is a two week schedule.

    Don't do it.. it's a trap!

So they hit you for the following week at the full price.

I just called up and had them remove the following week.

Recommendation from me is the organic box as good enough value for money, for what you pay at the majors this seems pretty good with the discount.

    • Is this a subscription service?

      • It is by default.

It is a two weekly service you are getting delivered.

        So be careful.

        • I see. Thanks.

        • Yeah almost did the same thing but luckily I checked it just before I placed the order.

I thought once-off means only 1 time? Not weekly or fortnightly

Once-off should mean once-off (i.e. no recurrence). If an item is marked as once-off in your cart and you get it recurring then contact them - that should certainly not happen.

Different parts of the store have different default delivery repetition:
Meals are, by default, once-off (i.e. no recurrence).
The 'fresh food' part is weekly delivery by default.
The 'pantry and household' part is once-off by default.

On the site it is possible to change - for your account - the delivery frequency with which new items will be added to the cart, so be aware of what your current frequency settings are if you've changed them.

Here's where to find the relevant details and change them:

Disclosure: I worked on a team involved in implementing parts of their system.

Think I'll wait till the next $50 with no minimum spend to become a new customer.

    • Did you get your order?

My order is supposed to be delivered today, but I'll head to Hungry Jack's if it doesn't arrive in next 15 minutes, and won't be bothered when the next $50 comes. Free is free I guess.

      • Nevermind, received another email, order has been moved to this Thur. 21 Sep.

  • If only they did liver but for me it is not possible.

  • Ordered $149 bestseller box of simply fresh for $84 after discount with Amex and cash rewards.
They came midnight for delivery it was so annoying during the sleep.
    Looks fresh meat,veggies and fruits.
All over priced items,I think we can get good bargain from Sydney markets which is 5 minutes drive away from my home.
May expect more discounts in future to repeat the orders.
