      After logging in to my account, my address was already in the drop down list, selected that and the tick appeared.

      Maybe go into your account first and add / check your address in there then try and claim?

      Not working for me either. I have tried Chrome (on Windows & Android) and IE and it will not accept my address. Tried doing it through my account and also on the order page but nothing works.

    Won't work for me either. Couldn't put in address info, just says "Express Capture" but can't confirm the address even in the profile section.

    Getting the delivery address problem, sigh. I don't even really want the markers but I need them because they're free and they made me make an account on their site so they owe me now! lol, and I do have a whiteboard
