Why Should I Help This Guy?

Guys, As some of you might know that I represent Shopmonk on OZB and sometimes try and help users to check their order status.

One of the OZB users has sent me this PM to check his order, I am not sure if I should help him or not. Suggestions?

Funny thing is his own location says Japan/China.

    He's got a fair complaint. Why is it taking you so long to shit in a box and send it to him? I could have prepared six such orders by now.

    While I kind of agree they have a point, its been a week and the item hasn't shipped.

    But I disagree with what/how they said/asked it. Personally, cancel the order, and refund in full.

    You don't need that kind of customer.

          Its clearly stated on the ops website. If its too slow then order from somewhere else. It is your choice. I have seen nothing but positive reviews for shopmunk. Great deals too.

    It's pretty shitty, but it goes with the business. Can't get too emotional or caught up on the customer service side of things. Just offer to cancel/refund his order and watch him/her submit and continue waiting.

      don't wanna be too accustory, but it could be eneloop. looking at the screenshot, there looks to be a 'p' at the end of the name and 'l' in the middle. 'e' and 'o' on either side of the 'l' would match perfectly too.

      Actually it is eneloop because shopmonk mentioned the location of the user is japan/china which is what it states on his profile

    He gave no order details & used a very offensive insulting manner, … Just ignore it.
    I would say he is located in Aust as well, not Japan.
    On the other hand if he has enquired re his order status several times and received no response then all the abuse under the sun is deserved. 7 day with no advice from the seller is not on.

    To be fair he was most likely wasted as f!@k when he posted it, so the abuse is somewhat understandable but the racism aspect is way out of line imo.

    how rude.

    if this was us then we would send a polite message back saying that the item is currently out of stock and that may take months for a shipment. we would issue a refund asap and cease all communications with this customer/member.

      • Do you have his order details? From that message you would have nothing.
        If you do have the details…. then email him "yesterday" explaining the delay. Dead simple customer service.
        So many online dealers just ignore customer enquiries… he may have already enquired several times and got no reply. This happens a lot.

    The user who sent the message should be placed in the penalty box, it's not right to send abusive messages.
