There is enough food in the platter for 2 people (probably even 3) to share.
There is no limit on how many people can buy a voucher, however the deal is limited to 2 vouchers per person. That doesn't mean you can't meet your friends who have bought a voucher there and have a big Zanzi-Bar party ;)
