Hi Ozbargainers,

My daughter has to create a bunch of statistics and graphs for the following proposition in year 9 maths: How long do people spend in the shower?

If you could take a few seconds to reply with this info that would be great:

  1. Gender: M/F
  2. Time taken in last shower you took (an estimate is fine)

    Wow thanks everyone for taking the time to help my daughter - she has the data now in her spreadhseet and will get to work on the rest of the assignment. I think seeing real people answer a survey is probably one of the more important parts of the task! So thanks!!

        Its yr9… im pretty sure the teacher is more concerned about what the students do with the data than the collection itself.

        The teacher probably wanted the student to go and talk to heaps of different people. Hence, you could say getting the parents to ask people on a bargain website to guess the time to be unethical

    An assignment like this has more to it. The social aspect is simply not being met here.
    That assignment meant she would have interacted 10-12 different ppl with. Ohh yeah, OzB is social though? But face to face interaction?
