This is the bigger version of the popular smooth Q gimbal that can handle cameras up to 650g (roughly a mirrorless camera with kit lens). Note this is the crane-m, not the crane which can handle even heavier loads.

The g7x is pretty light, so this should handle it easily.

Payload is rated at 125-650g. the G7XII is around 300g.
Doesn't matter, just realized it wouldn't work with a Sony A6500.
Why not? A6500 is 453g with batteries, so it depends on what lens you use. e.g. compact and light lenses like the PZ 16-50mm is only 116g, so that combo is well within the rated payload range.
