What's require to buy the game?
Say I want the hk version, do i:
1. Create a hk playstation account
2. Does it allow me to use AU credit card to purchase?
3. Download the game via my hk account, is that mean I can only play it on the hk account, not the primary au account?

  2) No, but you can top up with PSN card. Its a bit cheaper here, but I have never buy it from them as I have a HK credit card.
  3) you can download vis your HK account and play in your main account.

awesome, someone showed me the ropes on this game, and it was fun as hell.. was always too overwhelmed with these kinda games previously.
