Best Website to Buy Pre-Built Gaming PCs?

I'm looking at buying a new top of the line gaming PC, and was wondering if anyone knew any good websites to buy pre-builts from?

What would also be great is a site that lets me pick and choose what parts I want, without compatibility issues, and they build it.

    Maybe try "PC Case Gear"

I believe both pccg and scorptec do customs.

Build it yourself. Would save a few dollaroonies

    http://www.logicalincrements.com/ is a good guide

    • Thanks. I'll check it out. My biggest worry is buying things that aren't compatible, but it looks like that website helps with it.

The issue with buying premades, is they are often trying to flog off old stock in them. Plus building yourself is "fun".

Better yet, tell us your budget and desired games/usage and I'll design one for you

      • Use https://au.pcpartpicker.com/

It has a templet for you to fill out and automatically points out any incompatibilities. For e.g. Ram/CPU, CPU/Mobo, PSU/Other equipment. Those are the three main areas you can go wrong.

What would also be great is a site that lets me pick and choose what parts I want, without compatibility issues, and they build it.

https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/ pcpartspicker is reliable when it comes to letting you know if something isn't compatible, would be able to see how much each merchant costs as well,

adding to cart / assembly would be on the retailers site however.

I'd do the assembly by myself for the savings, cost to you is just time. Since this is ozbargain, it hurts me when I read this.

    • Agree with this completely. I used the part picker to make a build, then got a few other people to look over it for me before i purchased everything.

Assembling everything is super simple and if in doubt, there is a wealth of information online.

Building your own PC is incredibly easy and very rewarding. There are also lots of step by step guides on YouTube.

Building your own PC = Adult game of Lego's.

    • Could you build me a gaming PC on PC PART PICKER with a budget of about $500-700?

  • Thank you all. I'll check out everything suggested.
