I'm not sure if this is just for me, but I doubt it because it was printed on a laminated business card. I'd never heard about this company until the Aussie dollar went up meaning it was worth buying from US sites, but they posted it very promptly (on a Sunday!) and arrived from the US within a week.
Please let me know if it doesn't work for people on their first purchases.

      The business has a B+ from the BBB (Better Business Bureau) so I'm hoping they are actually genuine brands.

      I got the same problem. I typed it in allcaps. Bought it anyway.

      Perhaps it is only valid if you sign in with an account that has previously placed orders. I've seen such e-shopping systems in place at other sites.
