I was just going through my internet banking which I normally don't do and found something called which shows $20 deducted upon mid August, never even heard of them. Gonna give my bank a call on this one, anyone ever heard of these guys?

What a stupid name though. I know it's meant to mean "soul psychologist", but I thought initially, who would want to shrink (as in reduce the size of) their soul?
