Customers will be able to exchange their existing bag, bagless, upright, barrel, handheld or handstick domestic vacuum cleaner (“Existing Vacuum”) for a specified discount on the purchase of an Eligible Dyson machine. The discount will vary depending on the Eligible Machine. 4. To qualify, Customers must purchase an Eligible Machine (as defined below) in-store during Bing Lee's business hours between 3 September 2017 to 24 September 2017 inclusive (“Promotion Period”) and at the time of purchase must deposit in-store their Existing Vacuum. Customers will be entitled to a discount as follows off the ticketed price of the following Dyson machines (each “Eligible Machine”): $100 for a Dyson V7; $150 for each of a Dyson V8 Animal, Dyson V8 Absolute or Dyson V8 Absolute+; and $200 for each of a Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Multifloor, Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Allergy, Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Animal, Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Animal Pro and Dyson Big Ball Animal during the Promotional Period. 5. Only one discount per Existing Vacuum. Only one Existing Vacuum per Eligible Machine. 6. Not valid for purchases through Bing Lee's online store or ebay. 7. Offer excludes accessories. 8. Discount not available for layby purchases. 9. Bing Lee Competitor Pricing Policy does not apply to this offer. 10. Offer available while stock lasts. 11. Existing Vacuum accepted under these Terms becomes the property of Bing Lee on purchase of the Eligible Machine and the Customer warrants that Existing Vacuum is the property of the Customer. 12. Return of an Eligible Product subject to Bing Lee Returns Policy and no refund or return will be provided for the Existing Vacuum. 13. Subject to these Terms, Promoter's usual terms of sale apply. 14. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law), Bing Lee excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising from or related to this offer.
