I just happened to stumble onto the site quite by accident - didn't know about the birthday bash, then saw it was a PS3 for $249. I idly clicked through to see the buying process in full and it went to the checkout. I could have bought it but didn't, because I didn't want one - I don't own (or want) any consoles.
I then noticed they had a FB page and realised from the feed that $249 is apparently a good price (I honestly had no idea) and confirmed it on staticice, but now the site is down and I couldn't buy it if I wanted to. Sorry folks, I should have just bought it and stuck it on eBay for a pre-Xmas cash bonus for me.
