Great price and it includes Destiny 2 ($90 by itself)

Here's the info I posted in the previous deal for this card

Overclocked it by 100mhz GPU / 200mhz ram, boosts to 2025mhz, sits at 60-70C @ 50% fan speed under full load (pretty much silent), could overclock it more but the performance is fine

    Here's a screenshot: https://i.snag.gy/NIc3fp.jpg

FPS capped to 142 on my PG278Q 144hz monitor (so g-sync is always active) with an I7700k clocked at 4.8ghz

  • I thought the destiny 2 promo was finished?

    • it is nvidia :P
they properly have this promotion going on again once the game is nearing release

      • I bought a 1080ti from Futu online a few weeks ago, would i be eligible?

        • mate not really sure hey
did it come with any coupon codes ?

        • Only if there was a coupon code in the box.

    • Running till the 5th. Pity Gigabyte don't offer International warranty.

  • Anyone know if you can sell the codes?

    • +1

I would suspect that you can sell them but the person who buys them would have to have an eligible card (1080 or 1080TI).

    • +1

You can sell the code but the user needs a 1080/1080ti to activate it on their PC.

The codes are selling for between $40-$50 on ebay.

  • I bought a Palit 1080 TI GTX and no email with code yet been about 5 days since received it.

  • It is 690.82 AUD if you pay with AUD card using Amazon currency conversion rate (which is normally better than bank conversion rate)

    • how can I get the price down to $665.63? I have a 28 degree card and the price also shows $690.82. I'm I missing something?

      • +1

In the last step of checking out there will be an option to pay using GBP instead of AUD at checkout. That should do it for you

        • thanks first time using 28 degree card so I''ll get no other fees right?

        • +1

@wilnor: I haven't used a 28 degree card before. If it says no conversion fee you should be fine.

  • Price must of changed. Its now listed as 469.98GBP which equates to 766.61AUD at current conversion rates.

    • +1

The list price includes VAT, at checkout it'll be removed bringing the price down to what's in the title.

      • Thanks, I completely forgot about that.

  • Spewing I missed it :(
Been looking for a reasonably priced 1080

      It's not expired

      • What payments attract the $665 rate instead of $690?

  • That was fast

    • Still active

  • Stupid question here, but just how much 'cheaper' is this compared to what you'd pay locally? I tried searching for the model number of this card but doesn't seem to be on the typical stores

    • around 100-150 typically, MSY have this for 799 at the moment

      • +2

Not worth it then? Because there is no warranty

        • DOA warranty by amazon

  • For Gigabyte cards you redeem your codes here:
    https://www.aorus.com/event-detail.php?i=284

You'll need a AORUS account, and you need to submit a jpg of the receipt. Non-AORUS cards are accepted as they're on the list in the application form. Stated turnaround time is five days but I got mine in two. To activate the code you need to install the card, get Geforce Experience to recognise it, and then enter the code.

    • Asus emailed me the code with 1-2 minutes of lodging the request n their site over the weekend.

    Price increased 30GBP

  • I got completely stung by this deal. Bought the card from Amazon UK, registered on the Gigabyte site only to be told that I was ineligible for the Destiny 2 code due to the card being purchased from the UK. Am I missing anything? Somebody help please…

    • amazon uk should send the code to you, I confirmed with CS.

      • Hi,

Do you know how to get Amazon UK to send me the code? I couldn't find anywhere to contact them.

      • nvm just ping a random Amazon support and got the code straightaway. Their support is amazing!
