Throw in free shipping, Jim, and it's a deal.

  • just bought some and they have free shipping.

    • cheers, got free express ship :p

  • Where is the link? It just go to the general page

  • What is the difference between jerky and biltong??

    • I'll prefix this with - not an expert, I just got into jerky recently.

Its different drying/curing methods, and different cuts of meat.

      • jerky is dried, very thin, and needs very lean cuts of meat (too much fat == goes rancid)
      • biltong is dried over a longer period of time, the salt+vinegar helps cure the meat, and can be made from thicker and fattier cuts.

I'm currently looking into more esoteric jerky - both ripsawjerky.com.au and byronjerky.com.au do crocodile jerky as well as the standard beef and kangaroo.

Decided to give it ago, free express shipping anyway :)

  • Anybody compared it to Mariani from Ebay? That one gets about double the amount for the same price (2.1kg for $100), after the current 10% off Ebay coupon.

    • I bought some anyway since the flavours look interesting. Though the cart asked me for money for delivery after the website said it would be free. We'll see what happens.

  • I haven't bought jerky before. How much are you suppose to eat per a serving?

  • Looks like an amazing deal. ordered with free express post.

  • I've only tried the original flavour, but it's probably one of the worst tasting jerkys I've had.

    Even ALDI jerky tastes better.
