      Just a wild guess:
      1. Tastes better than bad tequila
      2. Tastes better than bad tequila

To be honest, I don't know yet.

We are however drinking Tequila the wrong way. It is meant to be sipped neat. So, i am going to do that over the weekend. If you think about it, even the rich Mexicans drink Tequila when they could be drinking expensive American bourbon. I suppose it is just the same with cheap v/s expensive Vodka.

If your only experience of tequila is Sierra Nevada Silver or similar than good tequila won't even seem like the same spirit. Hard to explain what real agave tastes like though, a very unique flavour and aroma. Compare it to tasting Johnny Walker red then a $100 bottle of single malt.

      • Yes correct.

I remember the first time I was sipping on a neat glass of tequila, it was like sipping a fine scotch!

  • Hey , OP I'm interested! How does this compare to Patron ? That is my limited experience with "better" quality tequila. But I really agree that you get what you pay for!
    Cheers

    • I've never tried Cabeza tequila, but I've tried many good ones while in Mexico, and Patron isn't even close to be honest!
(I too thought Patron was good until I tried genuinely good tequila/mezcal)

      • Yes jayz, i thought so! I bought a bottle seems really well reviewed, possibly not as mass produced as Patron. Ill give a rookie review on here after bottle arrives. Thanks Zinger for the post!!!!
        Cheers everone
