I ordered an OVO sim card on 02/08/2017 I am based in Sydney and have still not received it 4 weeks on. This is the second time they have done this to me (didn't learn the first time, I know). Has anyone else experienced this with them?
Is it fair to say, what we save on money we lose in service?

talk to them in live chat, they probably just mail you out another one.
Yeah i did. Apparently that got 'lost' as well. Finally received it yesterday after asking for a tracking number to be provided.
Now there are issues with activation which I have to wait for them to fix.
I'm glad that it's only the initial process they suck at. I haven't had any other dramas with them
No issues here (Perth). I think the problem is more do to with AusPost than OVO.
