Yep u dont realise its price until u go to buy it and see the original price
There was a hazelnut shortage not that long ago that sent nutella addicts into a panic late last year. Or maybe the greatest marketing stunt ever!
Dude. I was one of them. I've tried other hazelnut spreads. They pale in comparison.
I thought they brown in comparison.
@thebargainhunter: You better get great gifts this weekend.
@flaminglemon: Haha, proud father of 4 here
Isn't basically half sugar anyway?
@AustriaBargain: Little bit more than that, but sooooooo tasty. https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/shortcuts/2017/jan/…
Awesome price, hasn't been down this low for a bit over 7 months :)
True. For my sister's bday in May my brother and I bought her x8 750g jars (6kg) of Nutella and a nutella cookbook as a bday prez/joke because she loves the stuff but tries not to eat it often.
Only been 3 months since this low.

This is good. This I buy.
it said save $3.55 on NSW catalog.
I've always loved that Nutella was called a hazelnut spread instead of what it really is: Chocolate.
Hazelnut chocolate spread. The best kind.
'Hazelnut spread with cocoa'
If it said chocolate ppl would assume its a dessert. Somehow hazelnut makes it ok for b'fast and lunch! And dinner. And dessert. And for snacks. And everything else in between.
Bad for breakfast? I'll stick to my Fruit Loops then.
It's 55% sugar, and the rest mostly palm oil. Should be called greasy sugar with chocolate and some nuts.
Instead of what it is. Delicious Palm Oil
That's lunch today sorted, thanks OP!
Nuttvia!! Less sugar and save orangutans :)
Preach
There has to be another nut that can be cut 50/50 with sugar and made into a famous spread. Who wants to join my start-up "Almella"?
That market is a tough nut to crack…
So much unsustainable palm oil.
This seems to come up every time a Nutella deal is posted. Ferrero source sustainable palm oil.
The vegetable oil used in Nutella® is sustainable palm oil, 100% certified segregated RSPO. This means that the palm oil used in Nutella® is kept separated from conventional palm oil along the whole supply chain.
If you're going to buy a Hazelnut spread, then Nutella's much better than the rest for palm oil sustainability (Except for Nuttvia that is palm oil free, but I haven't actually tasted that yet. I don't really like sugar substitutes).
About the same price as a spoonful in Melbourne cafes…
LOL!
This price is Nuts!
After a spoon full the kids will be going nuts too!!
waiting for it to get for kids
Its okay, Adults can love Nutella too ;)
:) u right for me too
Thank you. Bought one :-)
Just one? Dude… the hazelnut shortage… you need to prepare.
Thanks dude..I don't even know if I ll use it.. bought it just for the sake of discount.. :-)
any idea on expiry date?
I swear everytime it's on sale I check the expiry date I had to put it back on the shelf cause I can never finish it within the timeframe. Yeah check expiry before purchase!!
I find it hilarious when people (like my sister) try to justify eating this by convincing themselves it is healthy because it contains nuts
the last time i bought a 750g nutella, i put on some noticeable tummy fat after a couple of weeks unfortunately.
But it felt good, right? Here's a tip. Get some pretzel sticks with your jar of Nutella. Dip and eat. You could share with your significant other… but don't.
CICO
This stuff will make you fat real fast. I will respectfully have to decline this offer.
i kinda wanna fill a waffle cone completely with nutella
would buy if i could ever find any on the shelf
was waiting for it to get for kids :)
Child abuse
if it's that simple then why can't any other hazelnut spread manufacturers get it right? all other ones taste like ass compared to nutella
I didnt know nutella was so expensive
